PROJECT PORTFOLIO
My public work portfolio includes the design, construction and project management of community facilities, sporting centers, public spaces and government buildings. It also extends to long term master plans in key sectors of development, urban planning and legislative documents for the country of Belize. My private work portfolio currently includes include a private island home, a private island resort
enhancement, a private home in Placencia and both tourism and commercial spaces for a prominent NGO.
PRIVATE WORK
My practice has continuously included a bank of private work ranging from private residences and boutique resorts to larger commercial spaces and master planning for development. Understanding the needs of the client and the project at all scales, from planning to final interior design finishes is a critical part of the discipline of architecture. Being able to offer such services seamlessly is key to retaining private clients and building trust in the architectural process.
PUBLIC WORK
My public work has spanned over a decade and included projects funded through the international funding institutions such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) and the International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF Taiwan). The transition from public to private has also allowed me to develop a clear understanding of both sectors and has advanced my public private partnership consulting services to bring the best of both entities together to optimize project preparation, execution and final project operations.
