BELIZE INFRASTRUCTURE LTD

I served as the General Manager of Belize Infrastructure Limited (BIL) for over six years. BIL was formed by the Government of Belize as a public company in late 2013 to execute large scale capital projects throughout the country with advancements inmaster planning and the creation of public private partnership opportunities. My role was to procure, plan and oversee all facets of design and construction for +$100 million BZD in country development. 
Under the leadership of a governing Board, I managed the delivery of sporting and community facilities, government offices, improvement of existing public spaces and the development of mixed-use development plans through extensive community engagement, multi-sector government collaboration at the local and national level and private sector partnership integration. My tenure was completed with the delivery of the Lake Independence Master Plan and design guidelines, the largest parcel of government-owned acreage to be legislated as a Special Development Area (SDA).
