In 2008, I established mdSTUDIO Ltd. as an architecture and development consulting firm, bringing my extensive urban design, master planning and international architecture experience to the country. I was hired by the Government of Belize in 2009. For over 10 years, I continued to advance the infrastructure agenda of Belize through committed capital investment in master planning, architecture, multi-sector project development, legislation and policy creation. My professional services also included facilitating partnerships with the government and the private sector.
2009 – 2013
Project Architect / Project Director

I served first as the Project Architect and advance to Project Director for the five-year Sustainable Tourism Project leading the programming, planning, schematic design, procurement and project management of +30million BZD in tourism investment throughout the country of Belize.
2014-2021
General Manager
Office of the Prime Minister, Government of Belize

I served as the General Manager of Belize Infrastructure Limited (BIL) for over six years. BIL was formed by the Government of Belize as a public company in late 2013 to execute large scale capital projects throughout the country with advancements inmaster planning and the creation of public private partnership opportunities. My role was to procure, plan and oversee all facets of design and construction for +$100 million BZD in country development.
